Do I need to work through it in order?
No. This is a toolkit, not a course. Start with whatever feels most useful right now. Some people begin with the morning meditation to set a daily habit. Others go straight for the 2-Minute Reset or the EFT bonus when things get stressful. It is yours to use your way.
How much time does each resource take?
They are deliberately short. The morning meditation is ten minutes. The 2-Minute Reset is two minutes. The breathing techniques take around five. The workbooks and PDF resources can be used at whatever pace suits you. Nothing in this toolkit requires a large block of uninterrupted time.
I am not currently struggling. Is this still useful?
Yes, and probably more useful than you think. The best time to build a self-care practice is before you need it. Having these tools in place means you have something to reach for when pressure builds, rather than trying to find something in the middle of a difficult period.
What does "access for the life of the product" mean?
