We will only process this information with your explicit consent and where necessary for the provision of our services. You are never required to share more than you are comfortable with.

7. Session Recording

We do not record coaching sessions without your explicit prior consent. If recording is agreed for any purpose such as note-taking or supervision, you will be informed in advance and your consent obtained before recording begins.

We will only send you marketing communications if you have given us your consent to do so. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us at [email protected].

Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect communications necessary to deliver a service you have purchased.

9. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Our third-party providers act as Data Processors on our behalf and are contractually required to process personal data securely and lawfully. We share your data only where necessary with:

  • Funnel Sketchers: our CRM, automation platform, website host and service delivery platform (built on GoHighLevel). Domain names are registered with Fasthosts.
  • Zoom: used to deliver coaching sessions online
  • ScoreApp: used to host and deliver our Happiness Gap Quiz
  • Stripe or PayPal: used to process payments securely
  • Google: analytics and email services

We may also disclose your data where required by law, or where we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, in which case we may share relevant information with appropriate authorities or professionals where legally permitted or required.

10. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers may store or process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Zoom, Google, Stripe and PayPal in particular may process data in countries outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, such as the use of UK-approved International Data Transfer Agreements or reliance on adequacy regulations.

11. Data Retention

  • Enquiry and contact data: 12 months from last contact if no service is purchased
  • Client data for coaching services: 7 years from the end of the client relationship
  • Payment records: 7 years as required by HMRC
  • Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent

When data is no longer required we delete or anonymise it securely.

12. Keeping Your Data Secure

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Our service providers are selected carefully and are required to maintain appropriate security standards.
