How do I access the collection?

As soon as your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with your login details for the Happya portal. All ten techniques, the guided audios and the workbooks are in there waiting for you.

Do I need to work through it in order?

No. This is not a linear course. It is a collection. Dip in and out as you need to. Try a few techniques and find the ones that resonate with you. Some days you might need the breathwork. Other days the meditation. It is yours to use in whatever way works best.

Are these techniques clinically grounded?

Yes. Every technique in the collection is grounded in evidence-based practice. Box breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, EFT, Yoga Nidra, and bilateral stimulation all have robust research behind them as tools for nervous system regulation and anxiety relief.

Can I use this alongside therapy or other treatment?

Absolutely. The collection complements therapeutic and medical support well. If you are working with a therapist, GP or other healthcare professional, these tools can sit alongside that work. They are not a replacement for professional support if your anxiety is severe or significantly impacting your daily functioning.

What does "access for the life of the product" mean?
