How do I access the collection?

Do I need to work through it in order?
No. This is not a linear course. It is a collection. Dip in and out as you need to. Try a few techniques and find the ones that resonate with you. Some days you might need the breathwork. Other days the meditation. It is yours to use in whatever way works best.
