Week 1 to 2

Week 3 to 4

You find your actual edges.

Not a set of rules to follow. A felt sense of what you will and will not accept. This is where the theoretical starts becoming real. Small, specific, practised.

It does not disappear entirely. But it stops being the thing that decides for you. You have a different relationship with it now. That is what stays after session 6 ends.
