Every phase builds on the last. By session 24 you have a measurable, documented record of how far you have come.

Clare Deacon is a positive psychology coach with a Master's in positive psychology and specialist training in trauma-informed practice, counselling, hypnotherapy and EFT. She has worked with high-functioning women for years, helping them move from surviving to thriving.

But what makes Clare different isn't her qualifications. It's that she has navigated profound personal loss and survival mode herself. She doesn't know your story. She knows what it takes to leave a version of it.
