About Clare

The work behind

How long will it take to complete?

Entirely self-paced. One module per week works well for most people, giving you a completed Survival Kit in six to eight weeks. There is no deadline. You go at the speed that works for your life.

Do I need to be struggling to benefit from this?

Not at all. The Survival Kit works wherever you are. It is as valuable for someone who wants to build better foundations as it is for someone who feels depleted. The intention is that it becomes an ongoing practice, not something you do once in a difficult moment.

I have read Blooming Happya. Is this different?

Yes. The book introduces the framework. This programme is where you build your own kit. If you have read the book, this is the natural next step.

What does "access for the life of the product" mean?

You have access to all materials for as long as the product exists. Should it ever be updated or retired, you will receive reasonable notice. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Is this a substitute for therapy or medical support?
